After some communication with the seller they very kindly reproduced it. The new one is just as beautiful and appears a little thicker than before. Very thankful they were willing to make it right and I only had to cover the shipping which wasn't much. It's one of my favorite pieces of jewelry. Thank you!
Although the item arrived on time and was as beautiful in person as in the advertised photos I'm disappointed to say the quality is not that of a solid 14k gold item. It buckled and bent pretty badly only after having it for a couple months. Not sure why it warped so easily but I'm pretty bummed about it. And since it's rose gold most jewelers won't touch it or attempt to repair it. A solid gold ring should be more durable than this.
